TourTime ("we," "us," or "our") is a real estate showing management platform for buyer's agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use TourTime at tourtime.app.
By using TourTime, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and real estate license information.
Property and tour data: Addresses, showing times, notes, and access codes you enter while planning tours. This data is private to your account.
Listing agent contacts: Phone numbers and names of listing agents you work with. These are stored to assist with future showing requests.
Buyer information: Names and contact details of buyers you add to tours, used solely to generate itineraries you share with them.
SMS messaging data: When you use automated texting, we process message content, delivery status, and replies on your behalf.
Usage data: Standard log data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to improve the service.
How We Use Your Information

- To send SMS showing requests to listing agents on your behalf
- To generate and deliver buyer-facing tour itineraries
- To remember listing agent contacts for future use

SMS Messaging
TourTime uses Twilio to send and receive SMS messages on behalf of agents using the platform. When you initiate a showing request, TourTime sends a message to the listing agent's phone number using your account information.
Message frequency: Messages are sent only when you initiate a showing request or follow-up. You control when messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply for recipients of SMS messages based on their carrier plan.
Mobile numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Listing agents may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages from TourTime. Reply HELP for assistance.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Twilio (SMS), Supabase (database), and other infrastructure providers who help us operate the platform, bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Buyer itineraries: When you share a tour link with a buyer, only the property addresses, arrival times, and directions are visible. Notes, access codes, and agent contacts are never included.
- Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls to protect your data. Access codes and sensitive notes are visible only to you.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Tour history and contacts are kept to improve your experience. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
TourTime is intended for licensed real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of TourTime after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
